    I had several problems with my credit card companies. When I read the book (your Credit = Your Life), it gave me the exact techniques for me to be able to deal with the companies and get what I needed.

    Talking about bad customer service. I must share with you what I have been going through with MBNA credit card company along with its collection agency (a law firm), National Arbitration Form (NAF) and the Court system. I got robbed by the credit card company and its counter-parts then, my rights violated by the judicial system that supposed to protect me from fraud and deceptive practices.
